What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit or debit cards made through Paypal and PayNow.

Include your order number as reference for payment through PayNow.

Payments have to be made within 24 hours of confirmation of order. Failure to make payment would result in your order being cancelled automatically without prior notification.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

We usually require 1-2 working days (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays) to process your order upon receipt of payment. Some orders may take longer to process during peak season and unforeseen circumstances.

Local Orders

For purchases of SGD 40.00 and above, delivery within Singapore will be FREE via Courier Delivery with tracking information. Please allow 2 - 4 working days for delivery.
For purchases less than SGD 40.00, delivery within Singapore will be available at a flat rate of SGD 4.90 within Singapore. Please allow for 2 - 4 working days for delivery.

International Orders

TheMobileHub currently does not ship internationally.

RETURN POLICY

Please note that we only accept returns of defect items. All warranty claims must be supported by a valid receipt within the warranty duration. Additional information may be requested to verify the validity of the purchase.

For returns to be valid, please notify us within 7 days of receipt by using the contact us form.

Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges back to us. We strongly recommend sending back the item with tracking information. We will not proceed with any exchange if the product fail to reach us and neither are we responsible for any missing parcel.

Products with manufacturer warranty, unless otherwise stated. Please contact the respective local service centre for assistance.

Product warranty is limited to solely internal defects and does not include physical defects such as broken parts, or wear and tear. Any product returned and found not faulty or in its original condition will be rejected.

All warranty is subjected to the company’s terms and conditions. We reserve the right to reject any claims. Refunds are strictly not allowed.
