How to order?

It simple! Just register a free account with us and select the product that you are interested and add to cart.

If you are interested in more than 1 product, just continue to select another product (s) and add to cart. Next check out and you are ready to make payment for us to send out the item.

Can I combine shipment?

Yes, you can combine shipment. Just ensure the items that you are purchasing are being added to same cart and make payment together.

How to make payment?

We accept all major credit or debit cards made through PayPal and PayNow.

Can I change or cancel the order after confirming it?

We do not allow any changes or cancellation of order once it had been confirm.

How long do you take to prepare for the item to be sent out?

We will send out your item within 2 business days. Sometime due to peak season, we may require additional days.

Is your product ready stocks and in Singapore?

Yes, we have ready stocks in Singapore but due to surge of buyers purchasing. The products may run out of stock at times. A notification email will be sent if we run out of stocks. If any of the products are under backorder, it will be shown on the product page as well.

What will happen if I have purchase your in-stocks and back order product?

By default, we will post out the in-stocks product and the backorder product together when it arrives, should you prefer to post out the in-stocks product first, and you will need top up the additional shipping fee. Please inform us if you want your in-stocks product first.

Which delivery method do you use?

We use courier doorstep delivery with tracking number.

How much is the local shipping and handling fee?

For purchases of SGD 40.00 and above, delivery within Singapore will be FREE via Courier Delivery with tracking information. Please allow 2 - 4 working days for delivery.

For purchases less than SGD 40.00, delivery within Singapore will be available at a flat rate of SGD 5.00 within Singapore. Please allow for 2 - 4 working days for delivery.

How much is the overseas shipping fee and handling procedure?

TheMobileHub currently does not ship internationally.

When will I receive the product?

Courier delivery may take 2-4 business days upon item send out. We will provide you the tracking number when the product had been sent out.

What if I input the wrong shipping address?

Your products may be sent back to us and you will need to bear the additional charges for re-sending the purchase. We will contact you should there be any return. For product not claimed after 60 days, we reserve the right to cancel the order without any refund.

Warranty

We only accept returns of defect items. All warranty claims must be supported by a valid receipt within the warranty duration. Additional information may be requested to verify the validity of the purchase.

Products with manufacturer warranty, unless otherwise stated. Please contact the respective local service centre for assistance.

How to do an exchange?

For exchange to be valid, please notify us within 7 days of receipt by using the contact us form.

Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges back to us. We strongly recommend sending back the item with tracking information. We will not proceed with any exchange if the product fail to reach us and neither are we responsible for any missing parcel
