Terms of Sale

By placing an order with us, you are responsible for maintaining your own account and any activities that occur under your account will be your own responsibility.All information provided in connection to account is true and accurate and you are the authorized user of the payment mode used during purchase.

No cancellation of order is allowed once payment is arranged by you. We do not reserve products and all orders are subject to product availability.TheMobileHub reserves the right to refuse, terminate account or cancel orders in its sole discretion.


All prices are stated in Singapore dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to amend the pricing or cancel the order at any time without prior notice.
No cancellation of order is allowed once payment had been made by you.

Product Information

We make an effort to ensure all description and images of products are as accurately as possible. Errors may occur and the actual colour depends on the resolution of your screen. The pictures in TheMobileHub.com are not to the correct scale and may appear to be slightly different from the actual products.

The names of other companies, products and images mentioned in this website may be the trademarks of their respective owners.

Shipping and Handling

All items which payment is cleared will be sent out within 1-2 business days.
We ship out item via Singpost normal mail, registered mail or TA-Q-BIN in Singapore. For other countries, please contact us first for shipping quote before making any purchase online.

You are encouraged to select Singpost registered mail or TA-Q-BIN with tracking number for to trace the item.

TheMobileHub will not be responsible for any loss/missing item if you opt for Singpost normal mail (To letterbox).
For local delivery using Singpost, it will take 2- 5 business days to reach and TA-Q-BIN will be 1-3 business day. The above delivery date will is subjected to the postage/shipping company handling and processing time which we have no control. Any item not received after 25 days will be considered as loss/missing item.

Business day in here refers to Monday - Friday exclude Sat, Sun and Public Holiday.
For any Singpost local return mail due to wrong postal address or unclaimed etc, there will be a re-delivery fee of $4 at your own expenses. Payment will have to be cleared before a 2nd delivery is arranged.


We take great pride and care in our product before posting it out. We believe that quality products is the utmost priority to you. Should there be any product that is faulty, we will do a 1-1 exchange within 7 days upon receipt of the products, subject to the following.

- Item return must be in its original condition/package and must be post back within 7 days.
- You are responsible for return shipping charges.
- We will send out the replacement after receive your return item and you will be informed via email.
- Item returned and found not to be faulty or in its original condition will be rejected.
- No refund is allowed unless item is out of stock for exchange.

For items covered by local Manufacture Warranty in SIngapore, no exchange is allowed. Buyers are to approach the local manufacture service centres for servicing
All exchange is to write in to us under our “Contact us” form with all the details and obtain an exchange reference number before send it back.
