We apologise if you had received a faulty item while we had taken extra care in the product before posted it out. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt and let us know what the reason for exchange. We will advise you accordingly.
Exchange is only allowed for faulty product and not change of product. For all exchange, return must be in its original condition/package and you will bear the return shipping fee. We will bear the shipping fee for re-sending the item. All exchange will be done via postage and shipping only.
We will post out the replacement only after receive the return item.
We strongly recommend posting back the item via a delivery courier that allows tracking. We will not proceed with the return if the product failed to reach us and neither are we responsible for any loss/missing mail.
Any product returned and found not to be faulty or in its original condition will be rejected.
No refund is allowed unless the item is out of stock for more than 7 days. We will only issue refund back to your PayPal. Strictly no cash refund. Shipping fee is not refundable.
