How to order?

It simple! Just register a free account with us and select the item that you are interested and add to cart.

If you are interested in more than 1 item, just continue to select another item(s) and add to cart. Next check out and you are ready to make payment for us to send out the item.

Can I combine shipment?

Yes, you can combine shipment. Just ensure the items that you are purchasing are being added to same cart and make payment together.

How to make payment?

We only accept PayPal payment in this website. Major credit or debit cards are also accepted by PayPal.If you prefer to do I-banking transfer, please contact us first before making any purchase.

Can I change or cancel the order after confirming it?

We do not allow any changes or cancellation of order once it had been confirm.

How long do you take to prepare for the item to be sent out?

We take 1-2 business days to prepare the item to be sent out.

Is your product all ready stocks and in Singapore?

Yes, our products are ready stocks in Singapore but due to surge of buyers purchasing. The products may run out of stock at times. A notification email will be sent if we run out of stocks. If any of the products are under backorder, it will be shown on the product page as well.

When will the new stocks arrive if your product is out of stock?

Depending on the product, it will take 5-14 days or longer for restock.

What will happen if I have purchase your in-stocks and back order product?

By default, we will post out the in-stocks product and the backorder product together when it arrives, should you prefer to post out the in-stocks product first, and you will need top up the additional shipping fee. Please inform us if you want your in-stocks product first.

Which shipping or Postage Company do you use?

We use Singpost and TA-Q-BIN. For overseas purchase, we only use Singpost. For other courier, it can be done upon request at buyer’s expense. For other courier, it will be check upon request only at buyer’s expense.

How much is the local shipping and handling fee?

For Singpost normal mail, we offer free shipping but please take note that there will not be any tracking number and may subject to loss/missing.
For Singpost registered mail with tracking, there will be an additional charge of $3.50.
For TA-Q-BIN with tracking, there will be an additional charge of $7.00.

We encourage you to combine the orders to save on shipping cost.
We will not be responsible for any loss/missing item if you opt for Singpost normal mail since there is no tracking number provided.

How much is the overseas shipping fee and handling procedure?

The charges will be calculated when you do a check out. For overseas shipping, it is a must to opt for registered airmail with tracking. It takes 9 – 25 days to reach your destination depending on your local custom clearance and processing time.

We will declare the product as gift and you are responsible for any import tax if applicable. For product not receive more than 45 days, we will consider the product as missing.

When will I receive the product?

For Singpost normal and registered mails, it will take 2-5 business days if there is no delay from Singpost.
For TA-Q-BIN, it will take 1-3 business days if there is no delay from TA-Q-BIN.

You can check your order via your account history if the product had been sent out. For item with tracking number, we will provide it to you within one business day once the item had been sent out.

It has been 7 days, why I haven’t received anything from you?

All products should be able to reach you within the estimate time frame but Singpost may take longer time to deliver due to public holidays or sudden increase of mail. If you are provided with the tracking number, you can check the status online. If you have chosen Singpost free normal mail, we can only advise you to monitor on the situation since there was no tracking number provided. For products not received after 25 days, we consider the item as loss/missing.

What if I input the wrong shipping address?

Your products will be mailed back to us and you will need to bear the additional charges for re-sending the purchase. For product not claimed after 60 days, we reserve the right to cancel the order without any refund.


All products carry 7 days, 1-1 exchange unless otherwise stated. For products that carry Manufacture warranty in Singapore, buyers are to approach the local manufacture service centres for servicing. No exchange is allowed.

How to do an exchange?

Please contact us within 7 days of receipt and let us know the reason for exchange and we will advise you accordingly. 1-1 exchange is only allowed for faulty products.

For all exchange, return must be in its original condition/package and you will bear the return shipping fee. We will bear the shipping fee for re-sending the item. All exchange will be done via shipping only.
No refund is allow unless item out of stocks for more than 7 days and we will only issue refund back to your PayPal. No cash refund. Shipping fee is not refundable.
